Website Terms of Service

Terms for using this website and for information submitted through our inquiry and vendor application forms.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the FullStrength website and any information you submit through it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Website content is informational

Descriptions of our services, process, coverage area, and fees on this website are general and provided for information only. They are not an offer, quote, or contract.

Actual services, service levels, coverage, response expectations, and pricing are governed exclusively by an executed written service agreement between you and FullStrength. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

Submissions

You agree that information you submit through our forms is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer relationship. Submitting a vendor application does not create an obligation for FullStrength to accept the applicant, send work, or provide any volume of work.

Contractors and work performed

Contractors who perform work are independent businesses. Customers contract with and pay contractors directly for repairs and services. FullStrength coordinates and manages the process; it does not perform the physical repair work itself.

Nothing on this website is a warranty or guarantee of any repair outcome, arrival time, or result.

Automation

FullStrength uses automation, including AI-assisted workflows, for routine work-order handling within rules and approval limits configured for each customer. Complex, high-risk, safety- or compliance-sensitive work, and any work order over $10,000, receives human oversight. Customers retain approval authority for spending above their configured thresholds.

Intellectual property

The FullStrength name, marks, taglines, site design, and content are the property of FullStrength and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FullStrength is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content. Service-related obligations and remedies are those set out in an executed service agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services and this site change. The version posted here is the current one.
