The operating model
One message. One Work Order.
The value isn't finding a contractor—anyone can do that. The value is what happens next. One message to FullStrength starts the entire work-order process, and we manage it from the first report of a problem through repair, follow-up, closeout, and documentation—until the issue is genuinely resolved.
Intake
Text. WhatsApp. Email. Online Work Order.
Four ways to start the same managed workflow.
Whatever channel your team uses, the message becomes a structured work order in FullStrength. Same triage, same vendor matching, same follow-through.

Step by step
The nine-step sequence.
Every request runs the same path. Emergencies compress it; preventive work extends it. Nothing skips it.
1. You text, email, WhatsApp, or submit a Work Order request
An authorized person at any location sends a message: what's broken, where, and a photo or short video if they can. That's the entire intake requirement. No app to install. No login
2. The work order is created and confirmed
The message becomes a structured work order — site, equipment, symptoms, duration, urgency, safety implications, and access hours. We confirm anything ambiguous before dispatch.
3. Triage
We classify every request by urgency and business impact—revenue, safety, compliance, and customer experience—then assign the appropriate response path.
4. We select the vendor
Match the Work Order to a FullStrength Preferred Vendor based on trade specialty, service territory, availability, capability, and FullStrength Preferred Vendor rating.
5. Diagnosis and quote
We require a written diagnosis and an itemized quote, and check it against the reported symptom an the age of the asset. Routine, low-risk quotes inside your rules move automatically; anything complex, unusual, high-risk, or over $10,000 is reviewed by a FullStrength professional before it goes to you.
6. Your approval
You set thresholds up front—for example, auto-approve diagnostics under a set amount, require sign-off above it. Nothing above your threshold proceeds without approval from you, sent by text, WhatsApp, or email.
7. Scheduling and completion
We schedule around your operating hours, keep you updated on timing, confirm the vendor actually arrives, stay on parts lead times, and keep pushing until the work is completed.
8. We pay the contractor directly
FullStrength pays the contractor directly—we never mark up the contractor’s invoice. You receive one transparent invoice from FullStrength showing the contractor’s actual service cost and our Work Order Management Fee as separate line items.
9. Closeout and service history
Photos, the written scope, the invoice, warranty terms, and follow-up notes are filed against the location and the asset—so the next failure starts with context instead of guesswork.
Escalation
What an emergency actually looks like.
Emergency handling is about sequencing, not panic. Stabilize, protect revenue and safety, then repair correctly.
Contain first
Shut-off locations, temporary measures, product relocation for refrigeration failures, and safety steps your staff can take in the first ten minutes.
Dispatch in parallel
We work multiple qualified vendors at once rather than waiting on one callback, and we tell you honestly what arrival window is realistic.
Temporary vs. permanent
Sometimes the right answer is a temporary fix tonight and a proper repair on Tuesday. We'll say which is which and what each costs.
If it breaks. We handle it.™
Something broken right now?
Send us the problem in one message. We confirm it, triage it, and take it from there
