For Vendors
Perform well. Get more opportunities. Get paid.
We're building the FullStrength Preferred Provider Network across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. No pay-for-leads. Qualified opportunities, clear written work orders, on-time payment from FullStrength, repeat volume, and priority for vendors who are fast, reliable and do good work.

The deal, plainly
Good contractors don't have a demand problem. They have a nonsense problem.
Unclear issue communication. No access. On site team who don't know what's wrong. Customers who vanish at invoice time.
You never pay for leads
No subscription, no per-lead charge, no bidding fee, and no cut of your invoice.
Real work orders, not tips
Site address, on site contacts, access hours, equipment details, symptom description, photos when available, priority level, and the approval limit already established with the customer.
Get paid on time. We handle the customer.
FullStrength pays approved provider invoices on Net 30 terms — no percentage taken out of your ticket. If our customer pays us sooner, we release your payment sooner. If the customer is late, we still pay your approved invoice by its due date and handle collection ourselves.
Repeat, not one-off
Our customers operate multiple locations. A job well done on one site is an audition for the rest of the portfolio
Performance-based allocation
Work is allocated on measured performance—response time, completion time, workmanship, documentation, and customer feedback. Additional incentive opportunities may be offered.
Priority access for top performers
High scoring providers see opportunities first, get first call on emergencies in their territory, and are the default recommendation in their trade and county.
FullStrength Score
How priority is earned.
Every completed job feeds a provider score. It isn't a star rating collected from strangers—it's built from operational facts we observe on work we dispatched.
Timing
Response and completion timing
Quality of work
Did the repair address the actual root cause, done to code and to manufacturer spec.
Callback rate
How often the same issue returns at the same site within a defined window.
Documentation
Before and after photos, written diagnosis, parts used, warranty terms, and clear invoices.
Customer satisfaction
How the site team experienced the visit: professionalism, communication, cleanliness.
Pricing consistency
Rates that match what you quoted us, applied consistently across sites and visits.
Expectations
What we ask of network vendors.
Onboarding
Four steps to joining the network.
Apply
Complete the vendor application with your trades, territories, availability, and rate structure. Takes about ten minutes.
Review
We review fit against current coverage gaps by trade and county, and check that your commercial experience matches the work we dispatch.
Verification
Approved applicants receive a secure, authenticated onboarding request for licenses, certificate of insurance, W-9, and payment details. None of that is collected on the public form.
Network activation
You're added to the network with your service profile, territories, and rate card. You start receiving opportunities that match.
If it breaks. We handle it.™
